It is vital that you see a doctor. It sounds as though your symptoms started when you were pregnant. Pregnancy can cause gall bladder problems, so you may be dealing with gallstones. However, it could be other conditions that need treatment.
Very often when it comes to medical care, it's much less expensive to treat the problem from the beginning than to wait until drastic, extensive treatment is needed.
For the sake of your little kids, who need you, and for your own comfort and health, go see a doctor tomorrow. Good luck!

You may have gallbladder stones. :( What makes you think it is your gallbladder though? Have you had bile, which is green, in your vomit or feces? Or have you had digestion problems? A huge indicator of gallbladder stones if pain a little bit after you start to eat. The typical treatment is surgical removal. If there is a university near you, you may able to get the surgery done at a lower price because it would be medicine students doing the surgery under the strict supervision of a very good practicing surgeon. You could try to raise the money for the surgery through a non-profit organization or church as well.
Oh yeah, do you think you have kidney stones instead? They cause a lot of pain in the lower back. Lightly hit your back on either side around the smallest part of your waist. This should cause a lot of pain if there are kidney problems. If they are kidney stones, they will usually pass eventually, but you should be on antibiotics to prevent a UTI. You can get them by going to the local health clinic for much cheaper. Drink a lot of water and avoid anything acidic (cranberry juice) or basic (milk) since different kinds of kidney stones get larger in different environments.

If your pain is keeping you from being able to take care of your children, and you are as miserable as you say - I think you have answered your own question. YES, you should see a doctor.
Or, you may want to g to an urgent care center if the next attack happens "off hours" - or an emergency room.
Do your attacks seem to be after eating something "high fat" like fried food, greasy foods or something with lots of cheese. If so, you've pretty much diagnosed it as gallbladder.
Please don't mess around with herbal or vitamin or potions that claim they can cure gall stones, or gall bladder attacks. They don't work, and when you mess around with those things (that haven't been tested/approved by the FDA) you could make things worse by disguising other symptoms.
You have two precious little angels who love you and depend on you for everything. You have to take care of yourself if you want to be able to take care of them. Don't take any chances, go get things checked out.
Doctors and hospitals will accept monthly payments, and may be willing to pro-rate your bill based on your income, so no excuses.

If it a gall blatter "attack" like you say it would most likely be gallstones and I can tell you that if you have one of those you would be begging to see a doctor.
Honestly don't self diagnose it's a really stupid idea.

You definitely have to see your doctor. You most probably have to have it removed.

Gallbladder surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her Hernia and colostomy surgery in India by a company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for Minimal Invasive and Laparoscopy surgery is very less in India. She paid 25% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange Hernia, Appendectomy, Thyroid and other laparoscopy surgery for foreigners in India.
I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the Hernia, Colostomy and other minimal invasive surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
