Egg white cervical mucus is the main 'sperm friendly' variety of cervical mucus and is maximum consumer-friendly on/close to ovulation yet egg white mucus does not consistently advise ovulation, it merely potential that in case you have been to ovulate the sperm could have a extra effectual hazard to fertilize the ovum (egg). i could advise charting to work out if your cycle has any varieties. you are able to chart your BBT (basal physique temperature), CM (cervical mucus) or perhaps use an OPK (ovulation prediction kit) once you suspect you're close to ovulation to substantiate the progesterone spike. Ovulation could selection in case you have odd cycles, yet with charting you may desire to nonetheless get a somewhat reliable theory of once you're probable to ovulate.

It does not necessarily mean you ovulated.

Just keep having sex and nature will do its thing.
