There are about nine monarchies: Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Norway have kings or queens, Luxembourg has a grand duke, and Leichtenstein and Monaco have princes. Andorra is a principality but their princes are the French president and a Spanish bishop.

Incidentally Britain's monarchy costs more than the others put together!

Spain definitely has one. So does Belgium I doubt anything east of the iron curtain has anything though, and France doesn't, and unless Luxembourg, or Andorra has one, that makes 6 outside of England:
Spain
Denmark
Sweden
Holland
Italy
Belgium
