I don't get it you can have an abortion but if you kill a pregnant lady you can be charged for killing that baby? Has a murderer of a pregnant women ever argued against his charges? If so what happened.I don't want this turning into an abortion debate just wondering why our laws are sending us mixed signals.

Murder is murder. To kill a fetus is wrong. To kill a pregnant woman as well as her unborn child is....Not an arguable offense. Laws send firm signals. It is those who choose to take lives who are mixed up.
