in the philippines.. it depends on the dialects....
here are the examples....
1. gihigugma ta ka = Ilonggo/ Hiligaynon
2. gimahal ta ka = Cebuano
3. ay-aya-ten ka = Ilocano
4. malasa ko kaimo = Tausug
5. Kombong nowo uu = T'boli
6. mahal kita = Tagalog

in the Philippines, there are at least 79 recognised local dialects.....and 79 ways of saying i love you. what i have shared with you are the dialects i have known.....hope you enjoyed it....
