Which programs can be emoved safely when i go to mscongig-start up

Forget msconfig. Download Mike Lin's Startup control panel. Uncheck every box except your antivirus software. and reboot. IF yoiu are missing anything, check teh box and reboot, it will be back. No silly messages.
