Yeah she was at some restaurant and the secret service sat there and let it happen.I guess they figured it's not there job the protect her possesions but it is their job to protect her.

yes, that´s true. it happened on november, 19, while they were having lunch at a street table on a restaurant in Buenos Aires. The secret service didn´t notice.
