I am a 200 pound guy who is in martial arts and she is about 100 pounds, should we try this stunt or is it too dangerous?

You know what I think... if you guys trust each other and you keep your stomach tight go right ahead. I honestly would be too afraid to do that to my boyfriend because I would be too afraid that I would hurt him. But if you guys both want to do it... then have fun!

I'd say no. Err on the side of caution. While it is true that if you have good strong abs you can tighten the muscles at just the right instant and withstand a lot, if you mess up there is the potential for serious internal injury!
