In this stunt a girl jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
I am a 200 pound guy who is in martial arts and she is about 100 pounds, should we try this stunt or is it too dangerous?

If she jumps on your stomach you could damage more than just your stomach. Your kidneys are behind it just to the side, and your spleen could rupture. It is a dangerous stunt but if you have good abdomonal muscles you can tighten up you might be okay. Your muscles help to protect your organs. you could also break a rib, or your sternum bone could rupture a lung or your heart. I would not recommend doing this unless you are both professional or have a professional around during the stunt.

Don't be a baby asking this question. She's only 100 pounds. All you will feel is a bag of feathers.... GO FOR IT.

DON'T. All it takes is a laceration to your spleen or liver (which her 100lbs. could easily accomplish on your 200 lbs.) for you to bleed out pretty quickly. Is it worth it to do this stupid stunt?

No, that guy has some major conditioning and muscle control. If you try it, you could be seriously injured
