okay my man and i are trying to concive this month, and i just finished with my period yesterday. so i have heard that a woman is very fertile after her period. and how do i know that i have ovualated?

The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

You need to go out and buy an OVULATION KIT called
FIRST RESPONSE. What this kit does it tests you urine the very first thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE then you can have a baby.So Good Luck! I really works as I used it.

You can now buy an ovulation meter. It's like a pregnancy test, but it tells you when your most fertile. Also it's not true that right after your off the rag, it's usually at least a few days later, but it does vary from person to person.

you ovulate 14 days before your next period. so and buy a ovulation thermometer, and chart your cycle out. plus only have sex every 2 or 3 days, so he has enough sperm
even if you have sex at the right time, there is only a 25% chance of falling pregnant each month. good luck
