Hi, I am a junior in high school and kinda insecure right now. I have a gorgeous girlfriend and many girls think I am hot. i am 6 feet tall, brown hair, big brown eyes, no acne, straight white teeth. I play lots of guitar. Am thin, so help. I also rated very high on hotornot.com

Not a girl here, but you are not alone. A little insecurity is normal. It is not always a bad thing when women disagree with you- relax and accept they might know you are more attractive than you think you are.
