Sadly, I don't think that those goals will ever be reached. Humankind just isn't capable of doing such things. As long as humans hate, there will be discrimination. As long as there is discrimination, there will be racism and war. The same can be said for selfishness, only with poverty.
Even if the human race in general grows peaceful, there will always be one person who will cause an uproar that will result in a war, or there will always be one person who starts a line of belief that differs, eventually causing a rift and later war/discrimination.
At least, that's how I see it.

as i see it, racism will only end when everybody- and i do mean everybody living in this world see each other and respect each other for being good human beings and not for the colour of their skin. but that is a long way off in itself, so there will always be racist bigots about sadly. but of course just because racism exists doesn't mean it should be accepted and condoned in society, seeing as any right-minded person knows it is unjustified, as well as being morally and socially unacceptable and intolerable.

There will always be racism,wars,poverty .Never there have been peace,never there have been happiness,so we dont know what peace is and happiness..we talk about it,dream about it but do nothing to achieve it.
In all religions,societies,'race'' there are short minded people.

I don't think racism will ever end, and I don't think there will ever be world peace. People will always be selfish.

Man the world is the way it is because of Sin, homelesness, disease, poverty, etc are the consequences as a result of our sin on this earth.
