I have studied behavior such as this, it is a fantasy for most, understand this guy is not the rapist or the one who will touch you, he gets off on the thought of getting caught rather its a child or an adult, it doesn t matter his simply there to get his rocks off and he just want a strange female to watch, and or maybe even get lucky and pick up some bathroom sex, ladies before you criticize the man for doing this, studies have shown most of you fantasize about coming across such activity and it has also been proven that women have just as many stranger fantasies as men. now in the case of him doing this in front of children, in my study that was not there fantasy most said they would stop till the child left. there was one guy I interviewed and he claimed his arousal came after having to use the women s restroom after finding the men s room locked and some women came in and he believed one of the ladies watched as he masturbated while the others had no idea of the show that woman received I say take advantage since he s in your space he has to play by your rules now watch him get off then he has to fulfill on of your fantasies.

It's called a fetish. People do odd things that get them off sexually. He probably likes the excitement of being in a place he is not supposed to be and doing something sexual regurding the opposite sex. Yeah he's a perv but I 've heard of a man that couldn't stop masturbating on mailboxes. Go figue that nut out.

Yes, he has a problem - he has a fetish that requires him to be in a ladies bathroom to be sexually aroused. If someone actually acts on that fetish and does what you are describing, that is socially inappropriate behavior in a number of ways: 1) sneaking into the ladies room to masturbate; 2) masturbating outside of the guraranteed privacy of your home/a hotel/etc. A person who is doing these things should consider seeking counseling before what seems harmless (he's alone and no one sees him) blossoms into more risk taking and possibly not so harmless behavior. Think of a drug addict - after a while, it's going to take more and more stimulation (thrill) to get him aroused. After a while, being alone in the ladies room is not going to do it for him any more and he's going to have to alter that routine so that he can still get aroused, possibly involving behavior that is more public or involving other people......so, yes, this guy has a problem. Get him to seek help.
