i use the almay face products, inc thier make up. My skin was staying clear. than about a week ago i had to go out of town. Of all things i forgot to pack, it was my skin care stuff. So my friend went to wally world and bought some cleaner and let me borrow some. Next thing you know my face just broke out all over. I do not know how to cover up these marks till my face clears up again. anything i can put on them to make them go away faster?

This may sound silly, but for a cheep solution try putting toothpaste (not the gel but the paste) on the blemish overnight it will dry it out (beware it might make the spots a little flaky).

To cover it up try a liquid foundation and a makeup sponge, wet the sponge a bit with water (this will help it blend better) then put foundation on the sponge and dab it on the spots and outward until it blends in well.

If your looking to purchase a good product look for something with salicylic acid in it.

you can use a concealer that is slightly darker than your skin tone. use a foundation sponge and lightly dab it on blending it very gently so that it still looks natural.

if you crush some Tylenol and add a little water, it makes a cream that will help dry up your blemishes faster
