how can i divide my videos so i can upload them to youtube?

i wanna upload a viode to youtube but the max is 10 mins long so i need to divide, any help?

i tried windows movie maer but isnt there a quickier easier way?

load the video into Windows Movie Maker and crop it down and then save it again under a different name. Simple and free. (You have to have Windows XP)

windows movie maker, use the split button and save the movies seperately
