substitue the value of x in numbers.
first take tow equations.
4x+4y=4---------------1
x+y=1-------------------2
now in one

x=0
4(0)+4y=4
0+4y=4
y=4/4
y=1. so in this the answer will be 0,1)
similarly substitute x= 1,2,3,4......... (note that it can e also -1,-2,-3,-4..........) for both the equations.
you can even substitute for y also.
in a graph make a quadrant and mark the points.
note that for accurate result take atleast three points ( as 0,1)
and verification can be done also. plot the points if join all the points . if the joined line as the straight line then ur thing is correct.

By graphing this system, the two lines coincide with one another, so, this is a consistent dependent system of linear equations in two unknown.

You can graph using standard in which the x-int is (1,0) and the y (0,1)

Or in slope-intercept form, in either case the solution is all x values.

Yeah? So what's your question?

Note that the equations are 'equivalent' meaning that they represent the same line. Any (x,y) that solves one equation also solves the other.
