molarity is mole per dm^3
so the no. of moles is:
11/(23+16+1)=0.275 moles
next we need to convert 29.8 mL into dm^3
29.8mL=29.8cm^3
29.8cm^3=0.0298dm^3

so the molarity is 0.275/0.0298
=9.23M
