I do. I have to cry everyday and keep moving to just get to the next day. I feel alone and was wondering if anyone else's sorrow gets the best of them. How do you cope?

I do. Sometimes, I'm being burdened by so many things that I just don't know where to begin. It's okay, sweetums, just cry your heart out first for it's good to let some of that sorrow out. Talk to someone and they'll give you encouragement. Most of all, no matter what you do, believe in yourself and tell yourself : you have this amount of hours on earth. Do you want to cry? Or do you want to be happy as a child of God, living the way he wants us to? Make the most of your life and learn to live and let live.

Druid sounds correct. You might consider talking to a therapist who could determine your condition. If it is, (depression) the fix can be remarkably easy. Please understand that depression is not a result of some personal weakness. It is an actual chemical imbalance inside the brain. I know this because my wife was as you are now. (some would say it was due to being married to me, but she says "no".) She went to a therapist-got help, and her life has been changed for the better. She says she's sorry it took so many years for her to take action. Don't wait too long.

Yea and sometimes I want to cry when someone is looking so they know that Im not feeling so well but its really hard for me to express that. I hate it when I hold on to all of it as if I am ashamed to admit yea i need help. When I get really low and i mean low I call my one friend that i trust.

Don't let the world drag you down, it's okay to be happy. Try doing little things that you like, and build up to bigger things that you like, adventually you'll being doing things you like a lot of the time.

I used to feel something like that. Now, I think I just cried myself out. Honestly, I've found that exercise is the main thing that helps me. Like aerobics or jogging. Bless you, life can be difficult.
