If 30g of water at 5C are mixed with 50g of water at 70C and 25g of water at 100C, what is the final temperature of the mixture?

I know how to do this with 2 masses/tempertures, but I don't know how to do it with 3.

I also know aobut Q = mc/\t and that heat lost = energy gain, but again with 3, i'm clueless.

I won't give you the answer because it would probably be more satisfying if you figured it for yourself but I'll try and point you towards it.

If you're able to do it for two of the mass/temperatures, pick two out of the 3 and perform the calculation. After you're done and you have your new mass / temperature, pretend that you're combining your new mass/temperature with your leftover third mass/temperature.

that's simple. add the temperature and the amount of the water mixed to both the water( one with 50g, 70C and other qwith 100C and 25g) and then ur formula and then get the answer.

Use what you know. Pick two of them and do them. Then do the result of that with the third.

If you're sure of yourself doing two, you can use the result to check your answer as you try to remember how to do three at once. It might even give you a clue.
