no I think that there should be a 2 year max...with a 5 year lifetime max provided there is not medical reason for you to not work.

I work in Human Services, in the study of Social Work, you will find that there have been poor people since Biblical time.
We live in the best country in the world, should people continue to go to bed hungry? There is a cycle to poverty, that some people can not break free from. Should we give them welfare?
