Dunno. I think of many things and I just say that I'm in a satori. I got that from a book called "CrissCross" by Lynne Rae Perkins. It means something like when a person is pulled away from his life and into his moorings and when he's trying to find his own answers to life's questions. I think.

Depends what kinds of things...

Neurotic if they're worrying & thinking too much.

Distracted or scatterbrained if they're thinking of too many different things & unable to focus or remember things.

Not sure exactly what you mean. I'm neurotic myself!
