This is for my media class, i need to write up a script.

He found out a few times. But it had a plot twist that caused Joker to think he wasn't. Like someone else showing up dressed as Batman. Joker gets knocked out, or thinks its a dream. Or he gets zapped and forgets.

So yes he did know but not anymore

No. The Joker cares more about BEATING Batman, if not KILLING him outright. The thought of discovering the secret identity, or that Batman might even have one, has never occured to him.
And for the record, the Joker also did not know that Barbara Gordon was the first Batgirl.
In "The Killing Joke", the Joker shot her because she is Commissioner Gordon's daughter. Crippling Batgirl is a side "benefit" that he is totally unaware of.

NO he doesn't

does not seem to care who is under the cape & cowl--as I can't think of anytime the Joker has even tried to unmask the Bat.

He does, but he was driven mad and so is not really sure (this comes from an old batman comic strip)
