In my opinion, Marilyn is a horrible name for a boy. I really like Nevadah Grace. I think Nevadah could work for a boy or a girl.

Marilyn Micheal as a guy no. Marilyn Michael or Marilyn Manson
(freaking dressing heavy dark evil emo anti-christ) if you have no idea google Marilyn Manson. Thought that isn't the rocker's real name it is still rather freaky. It is also why parents don't name thier boys Damian.

The names are unique but I feel they can be switched around a little. Here's my suggestion:
girl: Marilyn Grace. Sounds beautiful for a girl. It is very elegant and feminine.
boy: Michael Nevadah. I suggest this name for the boy because it is masculine and it (Nevadah) will always be in the family. This sounds like a strong man name.

Nevada doesn't have an H in it. Is your family a bunch of circus freaks?
Second of all, Marilyn Manson isn't even named Marilyn. That's a stage name.

My husband says if you name you son Marilyn he is going to get beat up every day. Imagine what forces were at work with Marilyn Manson, who exudes "difference" from every pore of his being. If I were you, I would consider something a little more masculine, express your individuality but do it so that you son doesn't pay for your indulgence.
Nevadah is a pretty name though. Good luck with your children, I hope they are happy and healthy

I don't care what your justification for Marilyn is, it is completely a horrid to name for your little boy. I'm personally not a fan of Nevadah either. Grace and Micheal are fine.

I would definitely not name a boy Marilyn. Read Shel Silverstein's poem "A Boy Named Sue."

Marilyn is not my favorite for a boy but it seems to fit well with the middle name.
Nevadah is perfect.

If you name a boy marilyn (marilyn manson or not) he will be teased mercifully and probably grow up to hate you and want to change his name . Please don't do that to a child. Nevadah is ok. a little out there but not as bad as marilyn for a boy.
