you should be on the pill regularly, for about 3 months, before you are 99% sure that you don't get pregnant.
if you are on the pill for less than 3 months, there is a higher possibility that you *may* get pregnant.
having sex your first time, your chances of getting pregnant are just tha same as your milltionth time having sex.
just all depends on what part of your cycle you're on, and how regular you are on your pills.
but as i said, if you are on your pills for a while now, and taking tthem around the same time each day, then you have nothing to worry about.
pulling out is not the best way for birth control, by the way. (though, because i have been on the pill for years now, i don't worry about the pulling out part, since i feel birth control pills are very reliable).
try and go to the local drug store for a birth control test, if you are very worried.

First, I guess you figured out you need to use a condom.
Second, pre"***" also has sperm in it, so pulling out will not help much.
Third, without any form of birth control, it is just as easy to get pregnant the first time as any other time.
Fourth, if you have taken the pill correctly (i.e. everyday at almost the exact same time each day) it is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. I wouldn't freak out. Just wait a month and take a test to be sure. Stress over thinking you could be pregnant could make you miss your period, even on bc.
Lastly, I am in no way prude or against premarital sex, but I strongly suggest you wait until you are financially and emotionally capable of caring for a child before having sex, as children may always be a consequence, even with the best birth control attempts.

The chances of getting pregnant are very high even your first time but that does not necessarily mean that you are. If you are really concerned then make an appt with your doctor for tomorrow and they can provide you with some options that are available if dealt with in the first 72 hours after having sex. Also really consider using protection each and every time since birth control is not full proof and also condoms will further reduce your exposure to STDs.

I hate to say this but after reading your posting I believe that you should think long and hard about having sex in the near future. The best advice that I can give is not to stress out. Yes there is a chance that birth control can fail but then again it might not. If you allow yourself to stress too much then you will start having false symptoms of pregnancy. Just wait and see if you have anything to be worried about. Also think about why your parents would be upset....I am a parent. As a parent I know that they are only thinking about what is best for you.

You always have a small chance of getting pregnant. That is what sex is really about. You shouldn't have sex if you are not ready to commit your life to being a parent. And if you are in high school you had better think twice before doing it again. After you get pregnant you can't just make it go away. There will be another human being envolved. I know because it happened to me. I was too young to have a child and it put a big strain on me to have a child and finish school. Please, abstain from sex until after you are ready to have a family. It's not worth all the worry you have to go through. Sex is good but a baby makes a big difference in how you live your life.

I was on that pill and I had a chemical pregnancy. The mini pill must be taken the same time each day, but even then it is not guaranteed. My ob nurse became pregnant on the pill as well, so don't trust only in the pill for protection. Wait a few weeks and take a test.

Technically speaking about one in ten - depending on what time of month it is - you are more likely to get pregnant between ten and fourteen days after the start of your period. But if you are very worried and if the "event" was less than three days ago go to the chemist and get the morning after pill - you won't need a prescription.
However if you're taking the pill according to the instructions you should be fine.

You can certainly get pregnant the first time if you where ovulating at the time. I am not familiar with the brand of birth control, but, I know that you can get pregnant while on the pill.....it is rare though. I wouldn't worry too much. Wait a couple of weeks and if you haven't gotten your period do a test.

If you are on birth control and take it daily, chances you are pregnant are very very slim. You probably aren't pregnant but if you are freaking out take a test just to make sure. The fact that it is your first time doesn't affect your chances, it is whether you have taken your pills regularly.

How long have you been on the pill? Are you taking it regularly? Pulling out before he comes isnt a good form of birth control. Take a test it will make you feel better.
