You're correct about the weather changes. The weather affects our bodies in many ways although the body temperature is a constant. In cold weather, you will want to do longer warm-ups. But do it slow. Start your warm-ups lightly and eventually build up. Consider also sit-ups before you begin your warm-ups. That will put you back into your normal range.

Additionally, you probably know, the range can change, either higher or lower, but it doesn't happen overnight.

Might not be your voice, could be your ears being effected by the weather causing a change in timber inside your head.
