you could do the same purple eyeshadow but lighter in the crease of your eyes if you want a dramatic look or just an all over silver/shimmer from base to brow for a simplier look only if the diamonds are clear and you are wearing silver jewlry, or none at all or i would go with a gold shimmer if you were wearing gold jewlry! good luck

You need to know whether your eyes look best with a light eye shadow or a darker one or whether it makes no difference.

My first reaction to your question is that a pale eyeshadow with some shade that will make your eyes look brighter would be nice. If it would look right on you, I would think the frosted eye colors would be ice. It would seem to me with a dark dress you may want to find a way to tie your eyes in with the diamonds on the dress - to make them look bright and sparkly; so there'll be the purple that is accented by the diamonds and your eyes.

If, on the other hand, your eyes aren't flattered by light colors; then go with a smokey eye color that maybe is frosted or that you can highlight with a paler shade. If you do smokey eyes you can then pull things together with the right shade of blush and lip color.

mm I'd go with like a silver shimmer on the lid nothing dramatic...and maybe a dark purple in the crease to make your eyes pop out. Hoping the diamonds are silver..

lilac and slate grey, and stop at a craft store for diamond dust glitter that you can dust on your cheekbones. incidently, I would use a black liquid eyeliner with a fifties angled extenstion slightly in the corner of the eyelid (Think Audrey Hepburn; if you look like Cleopatra, you've used too much). This will modernize a very classically feminine look and make it young and chic.

I would use mauve on the whole eye, add purple on top part of eye and a pink or whiter highlight under the brow and blend with a blush brush... Dont forge the Black mascara. Dark purple or mauve eyeshadow. If you don't have that then go for a dark brown, you'll look lovely.

go with lite pink or lite violet .. I had that kind of dress.. a dark purple dress with small flower on it.. and i had my make up artist put lite violet on my eyes and little sliver... or you can test what color is going to be good on you...
and if you going to take pictures in this dress.. you should buy the the colors of the dress lite version and the dark version.. or you can go the mall and ask one of the make up sales person...
