your fish will live longer if you get a larger bowl and supply some oxygen

How many times are you going to ask this? lol
Just buy an air pump, they cost like 10$

Bubble wands and airstones are what the air comes out of. Bubbles wands are several inches long and you put them horizontally against the side/back of the tank with suction cups, and the air bubbles up from it. They are probably too long to work in a one gallon tank, so an air stone would be better until you can get your 20gal tank.
Air stones cost 1-2$, bubble wands are 4-10$ and you can get them at any petstore.

Unfortunatly, a 1 gal bowl is very bad. Most anything will not live there for long. It offers no filtration, no heating, little or no oxygen, no room for area, and no versiltility.

Basically you will need at least a 10 gallon aquarium, filter, and heater for your fish if you want it to live. Goldfish excrete huge amounts of ammonia and nitrates. If you keep it in a one gallon there is no filter and you would have to change the water every day. Even so it's like living in a shoe box your whole life. Rome has made goldfish bowls illegal because they are considered to be cruelty to animals.
