Go get measured at Victoria's Secret or other lingerie stores for free and they will find your perfect size

VS and many other stores dont' factor in your individual shape. You need to have it done by a seamstress because they actually know what they're doing and what and how to measure properly.

Measure under your breasts. If it's below 28 add 3", 28 and above add 5" and this is your band size, measure loosely over your nipples while having taken in a deep breath (or wear a comfortable, non padded bra). Subtract your band size from your cup size. 1 is A, 2 is B, 3 is C and so on.

If it falls on a half number for your cup size round up. If it's 1/4" round down.

This is the only bra calculator I've found to work. Enter your raw (before adding 3 or 5) measurement in the first box, breast measurement in the second. http://bra.and.bras.googlepages.com/bra_size_calculator.html

I'd also like to add something, and completely disagree with the last girls comment. When a band size is too small for you you go to the next band size up. So if a 32 is too small you would now go into a 34. The cup size is different though. When you increase the band size you decrease the cup size. Because the wires for the cups of a 32C are the same exact size of a 34B. This works the same if you're going down a band size. If a 34C band is too big for you, then you would be going down to a 32D. The wires are the same size, but the band is smaller. Your boobs don't shrink with your back when you decrease a size, only if you've lost a lot of weight. I know she works at VS and Gap, but the reason they tell them to say this is for cleavage purposes. If the cups are smaller they will make you look fuller because they squeeze you together.

I have to make my own bras because my back is tiny and VS only caters to larger backs. And just so you know...I took apart a bra that was a 34C. The wires on it were the EXACT same size as the 32D's I wear. And I've also never heard about putting your hand in the middle to get the measurment for 34 or 36...that's obviously a farse. Also, if the cups are too small, you only increase the cup size, not the band size too, like she said to go to a 36B if the cups in a 34B were too small. Not to mention this throws off the center of the cups. The larger the bans size, the further apart the cups are.

As a male , I really can't tell you how to pick a size in a bra, but, I like it " the smaller the better" show off what you got...

I agree with the above, the gals at Victoria Secret will set you up...
But...use a measuring tape around your torso just under your breasts, this will give you the number part of the measurement...then try on some different cup sizes til you find one that fits. But do go to VS, they'll be really nice.

do you have measure type.. put around your front. and make it tight but not too tight .. and put one hand in the middle(close)and then you see usally woman size 34 or 36 for the bra and then you bring the meaure up like inch and you put tight and you would see 32,33,34,35 that would be your cup size..a,b,c,d I work at VS and gap body... and you should always try on bras.. when you buying it.. because sometime it tight and you have to buy one size up the cup is the same.. like example if you are 32b and you feel tight and you go for 34b
and if you are 34b or c you go to 36b or c.. it depend on your measures...and if you are between 34b cup you can go up cup to 34 c or to 36 b

degree your self affordably. degree your bust all the way around, ideal at nipple. Then, degree your ches all the way around, ideal the place you the place your bra. The chest length is the form length. Subtract chest variety from the bust variety. THe variety is the letter length. as an occasion: Bust - 39; Chest - 36; the version is 3. 3=C. Your Bra length is a 36C.

Go into Victoria's Secret and they will measure you and tell you your perfect fit. If you want to do it yourself here's a link from oprah.com when she had a show about bra sizing
