I recommend downloading some free antivirus programs. Some programs that are able to remove back door trojan viruses are Avg, Avast, Counterspy. Downloads are available at

There are many, MANY trojans that go under the guise of "Backdoor", so depending on which one you are infected with would affect which security program will succeed in removing this.

The Program that currently has the largest database of backdoor trojans is Prevx1. Download and install their Free Trial which will scan your PC and remove this and any other infections free of charge.
