Marissa was killed when Volchok runs Ryan and her off the road. Volchok then goes missing and Ryan grieves by moving out of the Cohens and becomes a cage fighter. Summer grieves by throwing herself into the issues with the environment. Julie hires a private investigator and finds Volchok. She gives Ryan the adress because she wants Ryan to kill him. Ryan goes but Seth goes with him and inevitably keeps him from killing and finding Volchok. Volchok goes to Sandy to turn himself in and Sandy allows Ryan to talk to him. Ryan doesn't hurt Volchok because he knows thats what he wants. Now Ryan moves back in with the Cohens and starts to experience insomnia and Taylor trys to help him because she wants to pay him back for helping her get a divorce from a man she accidentally married in France. Taylor and Ryan are developing a thing. Summer and Seth are a little rocky because he feels that shes changed. There is a guy at brown that Summer seems to have a thing with but he may have gotten her expelled.

Marisa was killed off the show cause Volcheq got in a car accident with her and Ryan was going after them and she died in his arms
she really wanted to be killed off the show because apparently the ratings were down..

At the end of last season, Marissa and Ryan were driving in a car, and Volcheck who was probably wasted, smashed his car into their's, sending them tumbling down a hill(it is actually too small to be calling it that), and Ryan gets out of the car and carries Marissa and she dies in his arms. Now this season is so totally not worth watching, watch Grey's Anatomy instead..........go McSteamy!!!!!!!!!!

SHe died on the last episode of last season... The Volcheck guy killed her by ramming into the car she and ryan were in... The car flipped over and she died....
The O.C. kinda sucks now..

She died in the last episode of last season...car accident caused by Volcheck....
