You may want to check SecondHand Mac from time to time:

They don't currently have any Mac Mini's, but they have some of the older towers for cheap, and they should be able to run OSX (you may have to buy it separately). Check back from time to time.

Acer AS5253-BZ602 super computing device, battery existence is approximately 5 hours for familiar use. ordinary to type on and the form pad is a great plus. The AMD E350 apu continues to be sturdy for some gaming i'm able to play left 4 ineffective 2 and fallout new vegas without lag. Defiantly no longer a severe end computing device yet for purely 4 hundred its very much, inspite of the undeniable fact that I do recommend getting yet another 2gig stick of ram because it runs plenty extra constructive on 4gig.

I know everyone else is going to say this, but eBay would be a good place to try. Also, try Amazon.com. They have lots of good deals.

Nearly impossible. But check: eBay.com, overstock.com.
Also, google it. You could look into Windows also. Much cheaper, easier to use!
