How do you spell the word weather the other way or is there only one way? Like if your saying weather or not you want to do it your going to.

it is whether.

weather is pertaining to the climate or temperature of an area. eg. today's weather forcast says it's going to rain.

whether is used as follows:
eg, i will go this way whether or not there is only one way.
eg, i will go whether or not you want to go.
