I've a interview tomrrow at the Target store. i smoke Marijuna sometimes. last time i smoked was yeasterday....so if they offer me a job,
- Do i have to take the drug test rightway or they gonna give me date to take the test?
-Is there any Medication or anythingelse i can take to pass the drug test?

Target is very strict with required drug tests, I don't see how you would be able to get out of it. If you pass the interview and they decide to hire you they will require you to take the drug test in the next 24 hours.
My sister is a level 3 at Target (HR)

You are giving an interview and if they are considering you, they will send you somewhere for a drug test. It is usually scheduled a day or two later. I know no medication or anything to alter a drug test. The best advise to you is to stop smoking for a while.

normally a drug test is done before you are hired or you are hired contingent on passing the test. The send you somewhere, a clinic usually. You can't really fool the test, they make you leave items and empty your pockets and they have ways of detecting if you altered your pee.

You are going to get fired. Someone i knew smoked and took the test and it showed everything, even tho he stopped for a week, so they fired him when they got the results back.
Target is very strict.

You will have to take one like that same day or the next day that you do the paper work to start the job.
