Dear, go to the nearest casualty or doctor, I don't want to alarm you, but I was 11 weeks pregnant (last Friday) and STILL had ALL the pregnancy symptoms. All I had, light cramps and yellow discharge. I went at casualty dept., the doctor examined me and told me that everything is fine, but when the nurse performed the ultrasound, she gave us the shock of our lives , there was NO heartbeat of the baby. The baby had been dead inside me for 3 weeks. So the baby died at 8 weeks pregnant. When I took the ultrasound at 9 weeks pregnancy, the nurse didn't recognised that the baby was dead. It was hard for me to accept this miscarriage as normally you see blood, but I was told that I had SILENT ABORTION. It's cruel that you can know it afterwards !!!
I passed this horrible weekend at hospital. I was induced to give labour to my dead baby. I had painful contractions and a d&c. Now I pray God to give us courage to cope in this situation.
May God bless you and pray everyone NOT to ignore cramps !!! Don't take everything forgranted. Everyone used to tell me " Oh but cramps are common and harmless". You can see the result for yourself.

Don't be scared. I had light "period type cramps" around that time too. I have the cramps for about 2 weeks, this is just you body preparing itself to make room for your baby. I am 8 weeks and fine now!
Only be concerned if they are unbearable cramps or you start to bleed. Other than than relax honey! good luck! MWAH

You are very early in your pregnancy, and the light cramps you are feeling may just be your uterus expanding, miscarriage symptoms vary from a medium to heavy bleeding and severe cramps.
I do not think you are having a miscarriage, but if the cramps continue or get worse i would recomend you go and see your doctor.
Good luck!

spotting which leads to heavier bleeding which then leads to really heavy bleeding that soaks up a pad in only 1hr. Eventually the woman starts to pass greyish clots with the blood which is accompanied with strong contraction-like cramping. The light bleeding starts a few days before and the actual day the woman passed the fetus out is the heaviest day. After that, she bleeds medium flow until it stops after within 10 days approx.

Not LIGHT cramps. Cramps are normal during early pregnancy. If you start bleeding and cramping really bad, then you should call the dr. Don't worry too much...that's not good for either of you (you or baby!). Good luck!!!

I had light cramping, spotting, heavy sharp pains and tons of morning sickness. It is very scary, but I'm sure everything will be fine. If you have any concerns, be sure to let your doctor know. Try to relax and take it easy. Light cramping might be a sign of over doing it, but nothing to panic over.

Congrat on the pregnancy. I am also pregnant (7wks) and I was also having cramping early. I was told not to worry. It is common to have cramping. Now if your cramping is unbearable you should call your doctor. Since it is light cramping I would not stress yourself out with it. You want to keep yourself as stress free.

The cramping could be the uterus adjusting to the baby. U would know if u were having a miscarrage, there would be A LOT of bleeding and A LOT of pain. If u are really concerned, talk to ur OB/GYN first thing in the morning.

Everyone's body is different. Your body handles being pregnant different than the next. So really you should talk to your OB.
Some syptoms of a miscarriage could be just normal for your body.
I would take everyone's opinion with a grain of sand....and really talk to your doctor about this.

I think if you are in doubt call your ob/gyn or the ER just for information.. Better checked then left. The most normal symptom is spotting, lower abdominal pain. Please if anything else call your ob/gyn to relieve your own mind. Right now the most important thing is to try to be as stress free as possible. I know Better said then done. Good luck.
