Hystoric-wise. Cause some characters I can't find in the Bible. I dont doubt the fact of the whole story, it just interest me how they make the really good story, were they did it based on hystory or just semi-fiction inspired by Bible?

Most Hollywood epic films used literary license to enhance the stories. The major characters - Moses, Pharoah, the Egyptian princess who became his mother, Aaron, Miriam, Moses's Hebrew mother, Moses's wife and her family - those are all found in the Bible. Anything that's not specifically described in the Bible was most likely fictionalized to make a good story. In any re-telling of a Bible story, you have to fill in the blanks.
