Basically Cowboy Bill is right. Other than the rotary engine in the RX7 and RX8, all cars sold in America have cams. As far as Europe, who knows, who cares.

If it has a four stroke engine it has a camshaft.

The first Subarus that hit these (U.S.) shores had two stroke engines. (no cam)
