I was just wondering, does anybody else have a Christmas birthday out there?(don't lie please)and do they like it? I am always asked the same question, and I always answer, it's okay, but people tend to forget about it. And that's not the point, I should feel special, I get to share a birthday with JESUS!!!! Wooohoooooo!! lol

no, midjrsy, I don't get extra presents, I mean I get the same amount of presents as everybody else plus my birthday presents at the same time, if that's what you mean. But I have to wait a whole year, but that's not the point.

My birthday is on Christmas and I never feel special. My mother ALWAYS talks about her labor when she was having me on Christmas. I have never had a B-day party before. I feel like I dont have a birthday or that it is not special. I wish my bday was in Feb.

I do not have a Christmas birthday. My birthday does tend to be tangled up with the 4th of July, however.
One solution for parents of kids born on Christmas who do not want their children's birthdays to go uncelebrated is to celebrate a half-birthday, which would occur on June 25th. Other solutions are to celebrate on Epiphany (Jan. 6th, commemorates when the wise men came from the east) or Candlemas (Feb. 2, commemorates the presentation in the temple).

I don't have a birthday on Christmas, but my wedding anniversary is on Christmas Day. I really like having my anniversary on Christmas Day. It's kind of special. Everyone sends anniversary wishes in our Christmas cards. My great-grandmother was married on Christmas Day, and she hated it because she said that no one ever remembered her anniversary. She told me that Christmas Day was the worst day possible to get married, but I did it anyway. On my anniversary when I think of how much I love my husband, I also think of God's gift of love to everyone when he sent his son Jesus to earth.

No, my own birthday is in June. But do you get extra gifts, since it is Christmas Day AND your birthday? You should feel lucky and blessed.

my cousin is a christmas baby too! he loves it! he just likes to spend time with the whole family on his bday/christmas bc his brother isnt a christmas baby and doesnt get to spend time with the WHOLE family on his birthday as well as christmas.......
