Ipersonally would love this because it came from the heart.

I think its a great gift. My father in law make all kinds of food and stuff to give out to my wife's family at christmas because their family is huge. I end up getting some too, and its something I look forward to every year because its something I only get once a year that I really enjoy. I think that they would like your basket even more because you put a lot of work into it. It would be much easier to just go buy something at the store and throw it in a nice bag. I hope you have a merry Christmas.

I'll take one!
Really, that sounds quite nice. It certainly beats a gift card both in thoughtfulness and quality, and everybody seems to be into gift cards these days. It also makes some of my book presents seem pretty boring.
Normally, I like baskets -- _especially_ hand-assembled ones -- because there's always at least _something_ in them I can get some good use out of, but I'd enjoy everything in there. It's a good combination of practical and fun, and there's stuff that'll be immediately used (chocolate...) and stuff that'll be kept for years (ornament...), which is always nice.
It does _not_ seem cheap. It's quite a nice basket. Very thoughtful and generous of you indeed.

Yeah it's sounds great, a little something for everyone! You could probably check out a Dollar store for some other gift basket ideas if you want to change it up a bit accorsing to the family or person.

I would love this gift! It is something that took time to think of, so people will know that.
Plus it has everything in it! :)
I know what you mean I am doing something similar as our "bank" isn't so full this year. I bought our son some stuff being his 1st Christmas, but everyone else, we just don't have the money for it.
LOVE the ideas! Merry Christmas!

sounds like a great gift...me and hubby both have large families so for the adults, we buy plastic christmas themed containers and make a variety of candy its so much cheaper to make big batches of each thing and divide them up than to buy at the store. Spend around 75, and have 20 gifts and they look forward to it every year, actually had someone ask at thanksgiving if we were going to do it this year.

I think it is a very nice basket with a great variety! Don't forget - it's not the 'stuff' that makes Christmas special...

Sounds like there is something for everyone in that basket of yours. I don't see how you could go wrong.

I would like it because it has many different things and because people don't take the time to make a personalized gift anymore.
