Take some ibuprophen or midol or pamprin etc. drink some warm tea, little to no sugar if possible. Heating pad and rest. No sugar, chocolate or salt products about a week or 2 before you get your period. You should be good as new... Good Luck.

If their menstrual cramps take some midol, use a heating pad and try to relax a bit. Also a warm bath may help a bit. Good luck.

Not too sure what you asking. Are you saying you have really bad cramps? Not too sure where the high school thing comes into play. ANyone can have bad menstrual cramps. regardless of their age.

Naprogesic is my saviour. Just buy it over the counter at the pharmacy - two pills on the first day of your period and then one on each of the following days - and it helps drastically - i think it may even lighten the flow if at all possible.

cramps get better as you get older. take midol or something similar and hot bath or heating pad. avoid having cold feet right before your period, it makes the cramps worse.

If you have any access to vicodin, take just one. Works amazingly every time and I get fairly bad cramps too.
