No, Sam Elliot is not the voice-over for the Wrangler Jeans Commercials.
The voice-over is done by a professional named David Garber. However, in doing reasearch, I have found that David Garber does the voice-over dubbings for Sam Elliot for the movies Elliot is in when his movies are played on public TV (like when they take out cuss words and replace them for PG viewers).

Yes I think so, also on the "Beef, it's what's for dinner" commercials. Love his voice, it's very recognizable and it has that sexy growl thing going on!!!
