I have brand new logitech web cam and it has never had a clear pitcure.. is there some software to download to help or a setting on the computer I could change?

I have used the ring to focus but it does nothing. thanks for the help anyway

i have the same kind of webcam and i always have had grainy footage from it. i think theres no way to fix that. or at least none i could come across. sorry.

It's probably out of focus. Try turning the ring around the viewing aperture. It's best to have your webcam software running while doing this to check to see whether or not it's doing anything.

The ring around the lens? That's a focusing ring. Twist it.
Better now?
If that doesn't work, try cleaning the lens CAREFULLY with some lens tissue.

Adjust the foucus.

truthfully.......... most webcams suck! lol sorry but its the truth, buy a nice one and you will get good results (nice=expensive)
