Well, I had the same problem with my 2nd pregnancy. I'm not saying that my situation is similar to yours. I am just telling you my experience and giving some advice. It is nothing to worry about at this stage.
Anyway, I didnt get any symptoms of pregnancy besides a missed period which was what led me to get a pregnancy test in the first place ( I was already 1 month pregnant at the time). It came out positive but the lack of symptoms continued. Soon after about 1.5 months into the first trimester, I started to spot and went to the doctors. I had blood work done, but by then the bleeding got darker. At the end, I ended up miscarriaing. The results of the blood test came to late which determined that I didn't have enough Progesterone to "carry" the pregnancy. This hormone is what holds the pregnancy and a lack of it results in the lack of symptoms like nausea, etc. This was my case. I dont know what yours is but if I were you, I wouldn't mind expressing my concern and simply asking them about your progesterone levels. It's better to be safe than sorry. If the doc tells you that the levels are fine and there is nothing to worry about then thats great! You are probably one of the luck gals who dont experience all that uncomfortable stuff. If it is low, don't worry, there are easy treatments for it that replace your body of the progesterone that your body may not be producing on its own.
Good luck!

I don't think you should be worried about miscarriage at all. I think all the worrying and stress is what could bring on harm to your baby. Just relax, and pray to God to protect your unborn child. All is in his hands.
I had slight cramping with two of my pregnancies. Sometimes while the baby is being implanted there is cramping around the time you would be normally expecting a period. I also had slight cramping at 5 months pregnant. And I understand how you feel scared, at the time I felt scared as well. But I did have morning sickness with all 3 of my children. But if I recall my morning sickness came as I got into like 2.5 months...So relax just because you have not had it yet doesn't mean it's not coming. It might hit you suddenly. Each woman's body and pregnancy is different. I have been pregnant 4 times and no pregnancy was the same.
It's normal with a first pregnancy to be scared...as with a first birth...a first child....It's because you don't know what to expect. Your child is well is Jesus name. Speak health over your unborn child every day, and pray and ask God for a healthy baby. Fear is an enemy. Stop speaking about a miscarriage. There's power in words.

Everybody is different...don't stress over having a miscarriage...its not good for you or baby!! You may not get morning sickness at all...I have experienced pregnancy 4 times and each time was different...the first one, I was sick ALL the time, I don't wish that for anyone...the second one I didn't start really getting sick until about 10-12 weeks and was sick until the middle of the second trimester...the third, I felt like I had the flu for a couple of days and then was slightly nauseated off and on...the fourth, I woke up one night, threw up and felt fine the rest of the time! The cramping as long as it is slight is normal...especially if you are not experiencing any bleeding...hang in there, I bet you're just going to have a wonderful pregnancy...feel lucky!!! Keep in mind, the books and info you read on the internet give you a worst case scenario so you don't feel reassured by something in there and not seek treatment for something that needs to be treated...I hope that makes sense...Good luck, RELAX...and congrats on the baby on the way!!!

Congrats on being pregnant and You said this is your first baby..
there is no link between being nausea's and miscarriage.. most of the girls have the problem of morning sickness and they usually go through that phase when they enter into the 3rd month and for some females are lucky not to have them, and u should be one of them.. cheer up and enjoy, being pregnant and your sister is right, that ur body is adjusting within to carry the baby, so u might feel that cramping but should be over that feeling in few weeks..

first --- relax. your stress level can affect your pregnancy. have you seen a doctor ? a good examination is important. Is there a history of miscarriage for you or in your family? every pregnancy is different. not everyone has " morning sickness". slight cramping can be the uterus adjusting . there is some cramping with miscarriage but that is not the only sign. if you are worried - see or ask a doctor. a good exam will answer alot along with a good discussion with the doctor or nurse. .

With my first child, I only got sick once in the whole 9 months. I did not believe everything that I read when I was preggers. The stomach cramping is the uterus gettin used to the baby. Everything will be just fine. I would not worry about anything unless all of the sudden u have A LOT of bleeding for no reason, then it is time to head to the ER. Congratulations on the bundle of joy, what a wonderful Chrsitmas gift!

Nope! I never got anything more than a very slight nausea or dizziness once or twice that past very quickly. Once was right before the funeral. You can check with the doctor about the cramping, but I think it needs to be pretty severe for a miscarriage. (So severe, that when they discovered that my second pregnancy was going to miscarry, they put me in the hospital for an out-patient procedure to remove it before it happened naturally. THAT severe.)
You will be fine and so will your baby, but you will worry the whole time. I did! Good luck and congratulations!

Cramping can be a sign of a miscarriage, but unless you have had a significant amount of bleeding, you most likely have not had a miscarriage. When I was pregnant, I never had nausea of any kind. Everybody has different experiences. Try to see your doctor as soon as you can.

I'm 10 weeks PG. I haven't had much for nausea at all. Some people's bodies just handle the hormone changes differently. Don't worry.
As for the cramping...tell your doc. But I can tell you I have had some cramping off and on. But my baby is healthy. Have a sono as soon as you can. This will help you feel better about everything.

Not everyone gets morning sickness. For a miscarriage I would be looking for spotting of blood, lower abdominal pain. Your first baby you going to be afraid of everything. You should relax, eat right, and enjoy don't panic until there is something to panic about. Your body is going to be going through a lot for the next nine months. Enjoy and see a doctor asap. You need to start prenatal treatment. Congradulations and good luck. Rest now because you won't rest for the rest of your life.
