There's so many things that could be. Enemia, the flu, onset of diabetes... even leukemia. And there's no way of knowing what it is or how severe it is.
It's probably something quite manageable like enemia or the flu, but you do need to see a doctor. No one here could possibly diagnose what you have based on what you've said.
See someone qualified to examine you.
Edit:
"also i feel very confused, like i cant work out what day it is easily without thinking."
Either you have a high fever or your brain is being starved for oxygen. Those would seem most likely to me anyway.
And again, there's several things that can cause that, especially a lack of oxygen to the brain.

If you also have a fever and sore throat it could possibly be the flu, otherwise it's probably just one of a billion different types of cold out there. Drink plenty of fluids and get some rest. Go see a doctor if you really want to find an effective way to treat it - it's impossible for anyone to diagnose you over the internet, and even if we could, we're not doctors!

It sounds like you need to see your doctor. It could be a number of things, and like one person said it could be the carbon monoxide or dioxide levels in ur house, but I don't think that could be the case because it can take you out fast. I really think you need to see a doctor especially if this has been going on for a week.

Have your home checked for carbon dioxide leaks! And do it quick. When you leave your house do you feel better? Try opening windows at home until you get that checked.

Well...have you rested up? These symptoms could be so many things! If you feel "really worse", then please, go see a doctor.
Hope you feel better.
