I just visited the US section of this forum. When I went to the bottom of the page to return to the UK, I found the US flag there in place of the Union Jack. Do Yahoo know something we dont??

The United Kingdom has been part of the United States since the 1940s when Americans arrived in their thousands to defend Great Britain Inc from the threat posed to it by the Nazis. The Americans were in effect protecting their investment.

Be that as it may....try to enter the American Green Card Lottery that is currently offered, you will find that we in the UK are amongst those Countries not allowed to apply.

Yes this is Old england as oppsosed to new England - and yes we get funding from central government - Washington
its about time we had a PM who stood up to the U.S. and no we dont need them for anything- they need us
