Of course you can, as long as you have the skills the show is looking for. You may also be required to join the actor's union.

However, it is true that some acting companies prefer to be contacted by an agent representing a performer. The reason for that is the agent and acting company talk the same "language" and a non-represented person won't, and would be confused by the negotiation process.

Many young actors/actresses are hired without ever being in acting school because they possess the qualities the director requires. For example, Emma Watson (Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies) had never attended acting school.
In cases like hers, the young actors receive tutoring in their schooling and in acting as they perform.

yeah u don't have to be experienced to do a audition unless the director wants some like that

Go to the local art center or community center, you can even get a week or two of training at some of them . . .
