it works the same as long as it's not too diluted.

You would think it wouldn't be ineffective because it gets diluted in the stomach anyway. Thumbs up.

no, it doesn't make it ineffective... but, if your child is sick i would stick with the pedialyte by itself... would be easier to get down...
