No I was in a real bad accident because some idiot was talking on his cell phone and didn't pay any attention that the light had changed to red and that we had to stop.

well, no, but what is the difference when talking on speaker phone to them, and talking to someone in the car.... truly, what is the difference???
Or how about those that smoke, it is dangerous but people still do it.. it is just not illegal so people take it to extremes

there are people who arent on their cells while driving?! are those the one who are reading the paper or shaving or applying makeup.

only if they can handle it!!! I mean they make hands free kit! wich is no differnt then someone talking to you that is in your car!
