No I was in a real bad accident because some idiot was talking on his cell phone and didn't pay any attention that the light had changed to red and that we had to stop.

well, no, but what is the difference when talking on speaker phone to them, and talking to someone in the car.... truly, what is the difference???

Or how about those that smoke, it is dangerous but people still do it.. it is just not illegal so people take it to extremes
