I would probably find out why I was not told about my friend in premature labor and then I would find another room mate...next time it might be more of an emergency.

i'd say,talk to her.ask her frankly what's been bothering her coz she's annoying you.if there's a need of help you can lend her or just stay away from her sight and ignore her.
