yes, avoid cotton panties as well. the reason is that (as funny as it sounds) you need to let it breath down there. because if you dont it may result to a yeast infection. lol
and the bra thing is like an old wives tale so that your breast wont sag in the future...

I saw that too, and that gyno has been on Oprah before as well. She said sleeping in a bra can help prevent sagging. I find it so uncomfortable to sleep in a bra, yuck. I do agree with the undies thing though. Just like she said, the vagina needs to breathe. It needs air. If it's confined by undies too often, it can grow bacteria and yeast, leading to infection.

And to counter other answers- YES COTTON. You always want cotton, since it's a natural fabric. Avoid nylon and rayon, polyester, unless it's in a COTTON BLEND.

And what the heck was that guy talking about with lotion and powder? Your vagina needs neither!

I've heard that too. You should sleep in your bra to keep the girls supported so they won't sag as much later on. Sleeping without panties is just air everything out, helps prevent yeast infections I believe.

Bras help support breasts so you dont start sagging early ,esp. if you are large, and the panties on at night harbor moisture leading to poss. yeast infections.

If they're about to have relations. Otherwise I don't see why clothes wouldn't be more comfortable. Especially in this season of winter. A bit of lotion earlier and a bit of baby powder before bed should do fine.

If you're going to sleep in your bra, please make sure it's not an underwire one. That is not good for your health! Or to your boobs. Seriously, you could get hurt.
