You can try F11 at the top of your key board. If it don't work the first time try it again. And it should come back up.

Its there but hidden. Right click your mose where it should be and see if you see something called the address bar. put a check next to it. If the toolbars are locked, unlock. Also look for vertical spacers (hard to describe - just small lines going up and down). When you put your mouse over it, your mouse will turn to an arrow. Click and drag it out.

Press alt-F11. You're probably in fullscreen mode. Otherwise, right-click where the address bar should be and select address bar. Check if your address bar is running off the side of screen. If it is, click and drag it on to the screen. If this doesn't help, email me and we'll troublshoot! Hope I helped! =)

right click on the side by all the icons, like the picture of a star, and a magnifiying glass, or a printer, or an envelope, and in that blank area right click. do you see the word address bar? if there is not a check mark by that, then click the word and you'll have your address bar back! thanks. hope ya vote it best answer!

if computer guys solution doesn't work (sometimes it doesn't because it is dragged up too much)
when the address bar is being viewed search around on the far left side of the window where the dotes are until you see arrows, hold down the left mouse button and drag it down and it will appear

Go to "View" on the top. Click on the "status bar" to check it. Also, go to "View", scroll down to "Toolbars" and make sure every thing has a check next to it. Also you could in theory do "Go Back". Also, if nothing works, call the system's company. Call Microsoft.
